I made your Thai soup today and it was so delicious. I also added some turmeric to brighten up the broth. I used low sodium chicken broth. One could even turn it into a Thai version of Chicken Noodle soup using ground chicken meatballs, and the shedded cabbage instead of the noodles. Thanks!!!
Hi Regine! I love the addition of turmeric – and the idea to use chicken instead of beef. I haven’t made this recipe in a while but I think I’ll cook this soup soon again – thank you for reminding me 🙂
